PRESALE SOLUTION (Contractor)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY
Responsible for providing technical solutions by designing infrastructures including servers, storage, workstations, middleware, non-application software, networks, and the physical facilities that support the applications and business processes required by the clients

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide technical expertise and advice in pre- sales process to help close sales opportunities with clients
• Enumerate and articulate TCO and ROI supporting investments
• Design and develop technical solutions that meet client requirements and can be delivered profitably
• Manage the local implementation, management and maintenance of Datacraft Solution
• Able to model, simulate and test to validate the designs and selected products.
• Develop SOW and estimates and pricing for client proposals
• Develop, monitor client relationships and status of ongoing engagements and projects
• Critically evaluate and select software and hardware components of the infrastructure

REQUIREMENTS

Presale for NI -1 position
• Experience in IT at least 2 years
• Presale engineer age 24-28 years old
• Good knowledge in Routing, Switching, Wireless is required
• Experience from System Integrator is advantage
• CCNA certificated is Advantage

Presale for System Engineer - 1 position
• Experience in IT at least 2 years
• Presale engineer age 24-28 years old
• Good knowledge in System engineer, Server, Windows 200X , Sun Server, HP Server
• Good knowledge concept in Network environment
• Storage & Backup product is advantage
• Experience from System Integrator is advantage
• Microsoft certify or Sun certify is advantage

Presale for Converge Comm - 1 position
• Experience in IT at least 2 years
• Presale engineer age 24-28 years old
• Good Knowledge in Voice Over IP & IP Telephony concept
• Good Knowledge in Video Conference is advantage
• Experience in IP Telephony technology (Cisco, Avaya, Alcatel) is advantage

Presale for Performance Optimization – 1 position
• Experience in IT at least 2 years
• Presale engineer age 24-28 years old
• Good knowledge in Routing, Switching, Wireless is required
• Good knowledge in Bandwidth optimization product is advantage.
• Experience in Bluecoat, F5, Riverbed is advantage.
